According to the decision of the 50th Presidium Meeting, the 52nd Presidium Meeting of ISM will be held in Poland in September 2025. The main organizer is the AGH University of Science and Technology.

AGH University of Science and Technology is one of the largest universities in Poland, located in Krakow, Poland. Krakow is the largest industrial city in southern Poland, the capital of Krakow Province, and a municipality directly under the central government. It is located on both sides of the upper reaches of the Vistula River. It has a long history and was built around 700 AD. It is one of the oldest cities in Central Europe and the hometown of the Vistula people. Krakow is the largest cultural, scientific, industrial, and tourism center in Poland, and was once the capital of Poland. On December 26, 2019, it ranked 362nd on the 2019 Global Cities 500 list.
