5. Agenda

5.1. The goal of Commission IV is to strengthen the cooperation and exchanges among: Youth industry experts, Academic staff and experts, and Networks (local, regional and national levels), and to support the recognition of ISM work in the field of youth work, non-formal learning, volunteering.

5.2. Polish Society for Mine Surveying attract the people for joining the Polish society for mine surveying: conference fee reduction, award for the best Master thesis, internship sponsored by EU founds, excursions (tech-tour, training in Germany).

5.3. Polish Society for Mine Surveying strengthen the cooperation with Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherland, Spain, Norway, including interreg EU Program, Horizon 2020, and Steel and Coal EU Fund.

5.4. Strengthen the cooperation with China under Road and Belt Project financed by China. Joint ISM Commission meeting 2o18in Beijing (Commission 4 and 6). Common scientific research

5.5. The Wind of changes. Since September 1, 2019, nobody can use coal or wood for heating home in Kracow (Poland)· the Europe is trying to step up from the coal power. Green Energy will be involved, exploration and mining will switch into the raw materials. The education of Mine surveyors should follow the direction of industry changes

5.6. More activities of the lSM in direction of: data management in abandoned mines, management of transformed areas, monitoring of the deformation and earth fissures, water issues, land reclamation.
