5. Agenda

5.1. Chair of the ISM Commission IV initiates First Discussion Forum of the Polish Mine Surveyors. The first discussion forum was held in 2012. There were 85 participants that represented copper, coal and salt underground mines and queries. First discussion forum has national character because of need of interpretation polish mining act.

5.2. Second Discussion Forum of the Polish Mine Surveyors was held in 2013. During that meeting the problems of the Mining Plans has been mainly discussed. The Second Discussion Forum gather round 80 mine surveyors from 30 polish open pit and underground mines.

5.3. The most important research issues concerning subsidence and mine surveying problems:

5.3.1. Measurements of the subsidence induced by mining tremors

5.3.2. Laser scanner application for the convergence measurements and their interpretation

5.3.3. Good practice in the surveying of the subsidence of the railway tracks

5.3.4. Good practice in the surveying in small queries concerning polish mining law
