ISM President, Prof. Hendrik Grobler, called to order the regular meeting of the ISM Presidium on 7 July 2025 at 8am-12am (1st Part) and 8 July 2025 at 8am-12am (2nd Part) at the AGH University of Cracow, Poland. Prof. Hendrik Grobler welcomed all attendees and thanked them for coming to Poland. He also expressed special thanks to the AGH University of Kracow, Poland hosting this event.

ISM President, Prof. Huang Leting, called to order the regular meeting of the ISM Presidium on 26 October 2023 at 9am-12am in the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) (Part A of the meeting), and on 28 October 2023 at 15pm-18pm in the Library of China University of Mining and Technology (Part B of the meeting).

The 49th Presidium Meeting of the ISM was held in Xuzhou City, China under the support provided by China University of Mining and Technology. President Prof. Leting Huang from China University of Mining and Technology had hosted the meeting and gave a welcoming speech. This meeting was held by the type of online + offline.

The 48th Presidium Meeting of the ISM was held in Qingdao City, China under the supports provided by Shandong University of Science and Technology, and China University of Mining and Technology.
