The 18th ISM Congress was planned to be held in 2023 in Beijing, Xuzhou and Shanghai, China. Due to the global pandemic situation, we have to postpone the 18th ISM Congress to October, 2023, according to the discussion made on the 49th Presidium Meeting at the China University of Mining and Technology, China, Beijing time, May 20, 2021.
